Ex games designer/graphics designer, now a railway engineer. I love sci-fi, fantasy and anything that lets me exercise my imagination so Anime is also an obviouse fav. Life isn't complete unless I'm making -something- be it Model, Costume or nowadays my Kitchen :P
Cosplay Bio
Cosplayer since 2001 and before that I was making LARP costumes for a good few years. I love the challenge of recreating some of the amazing concepts we see in anime and games and turning them into a costume.
I am one of the founders of Wessex Anime and the one to blame for getting them started on cosplay. Since then we have performed many skits, won many cosplay prizes and generally gone over the top....a lot. nowadays we produce one performance a year, for Minamicon.
Over the last few years I have become more involved with organizing Anime events so my costume output has dropped to only one or two a year. Currently I am the Cosplay Coordinator for all of the MCM Expo events and the Cosplay Events officer for Amecon.

Luckily I'm not quite in the realms of having to take -1 CON / +1 WIS :-P
It's my Birthday, and I'm having a large hot bacon and sausage baguette with brown sauce for second breakfast, Om Nom, Nom :D
Short lie ins have been had but unfortunately I'm now at work. Anyhow, cake, beer, indian and cosy filmage will follow later but not cosplay as that has been banned for the day! Luckily I just have the one thing to finish on Drac before Sunday.
I see from the BBC website that they are re-making the Triffids for next year, this could be very good news as I've loved all the previouse incarnations. Please oh please though, don't make it in the current BBC-Family entertainment-Cheese mold!!
